Bookings must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee. The card is NOT debited prior to the booking date (unless otherwise previously specified).
Payment in full required at check-in. If paying by credit card, a copy of your card will be made; if paying by cash, a "security deposit" of $100 will be required. This is refunded at check-out.
The Hotel’s Cancellation Policy (unless otherwise specified for a particular booking or period of the year) is: Cancel by 2pm Hotel time one day prior to the date of the booking to avoid one night penalty.
Unless otherwise specified, 24 hours notice must also be given by guests who choose to depart early once they have checked in.
When a booking has a minimum stay, there is no refund for early check-out.
Please note, as a security measure, the Hotel enforces a strict No Visitor policy. Only the registered guest/s will be permitted into the Hotel.
